My wife and I attended Towns of Italy’s Hands-On Pasta and Gelato Class in Rome and we had a great time! Chefs Duccio and Giulia guided us through the whole process of making hand rolled pasta and delicious gelato. The recipes were authentic Italian and the flavors were great. If you are a cooking enthusiast (or an eating enthusiast) you will have a wonderful experience at a Towns of Italy class. We recommend it highly.

Best food ever

We have had a cooking les of Diego teaching us to make pizza and gelato. It was absolutely the best food ever and we have made it ourselves. Diego teaches us the reason behind why we needed to use certain ingredients and what not too. I all went in a great atmosphere and relax environment. You get some drinks during the lessons. Absolutely recommended when visiting Milan

Great fun

The class was so much fun it was amazing. We got to learn how to make pasta and sauces and gelato! And later on eat what we made. Enza and Antonio were our teachers-they were amazing and patient! Great way to learn something new!

Family with kids pizza experience

We made our own personal pizzas and were able to taste the gelato. The chefs were amazingly helpful and made sure that we did the steps correctly to ensure delicious pizzas. The gelato was delicious! The chefs were so kind. An amazing experience! I had two children- 10 & 8, both had an amazing time. Everyone received a drink and the adults all were able to sample wine.

Amazing experience making family pizza and Gelato

Great experience making pizza and gelato. Lisa was an amazing chef and teacher for us. She has a really nice nature and made the whole experience really fun and interesting. The other staff were very helpful and we thought it was a great way to spend a lunchtime.

Great fun with adult kids

This class was a blast. We had a great time with our college age kids. The chef was superb and we all picked up a lot of great tips and now have a desire to make our own pasta on the regular!

Amazing cooking class ! Thank you to our chefs who were very patient, funny and kind! The food and wine were delicious ! We now feel ready to go make our own pasta and gelato at home !

Great way to see the Chianti region from Florence!

Had such an amazing tour with Giacomo. I booked this on a whim while spending a few days alone in Florence and it was great. I really lucked out with an amazing group. giacomo was great - he provided us such a lovely day . He was so funny and nice - also a great picture taker :)

The tour was very beautiful and gave just the right amount of information. Our tour guide, Giacomo was the most friendly intelligent person I have met in Florence so far. He was able to start conversations with the group, so that it wasn’t awkward. The winery’s that we visited are beautiful. The roads to get to the winery have lots of turns, so if you get car sick be careful.

Small Group Pasta and Gelato Making Cooking Class!

This experience was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves cooking or would like to do something a little different. The two chefs helping our small group made the course easy for beginners, fun, and engaging. The two pasta dishes were tasty, surprisingly easy to make, and very filling! The gelato was also incredible. The tips and tricks as well as restaurant and gelato recommendations were also great!
