We enjoyed our time today with chef Federico. He was fun and engaging. One of the members of our party has a (cow) lactose intolerance which was shared in advance when we booked the class; however, no accommodations were made to adjust. Easy to offer sheep/goat/lactose-free mozzarella (which we found at groc store in Palermo). This was very disappointing. The only accommodation offered was to go without - including the gelato. We paid same price and activity description highlights class can be modified. I suggest updating description or modifying to accommodation. Poor marketing/client experience to offer something and then not deliver. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and it was fun to also meet others in our class. Thank you.

Amazing and professional guides !! We enjoyed very much! The only thing you should notice is that the air conditioner isn’t working very well so it will be hot all the time but in general we had a perfect experience! Thank you❤️

Crazy for Pasta
Chef Lisa was awesome! She gave so much information behind the course and how to do everything. She was funny and gave each participant the attention needed to have the best pasta.

Excellent pasta and gelato class
Highly Recommend this pasta and Gelato class! So much fun and the chefs made it even more enjoyable! This was one of our favorite things we did. Food was delicious. Definitely book it you will have a great time.

Chef Salvo and Chef Marcelo were a great team. They both made it fun and entertaining. We had an excellent time and we highly recommend. A must do!!

Boat trip with child
We went on the boat with a child of 4 y old. It was interesting and the English of the tour guide was really good. It was a beautiful evening. We would book it again!
