I have never done a cooking class this fun before but Lidia & Salvo made it super cool even for some one like me with no cooking skills. I couldn’t believe how good our pasta & gelato tasted after we created the pasta from circle of dough w egg. Bellissima ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(6 stars)

Me and my family had an AMAZING and fun experience here! Our chef Salvo was really fun and talented, and now we all know how to make real authentic Italian pizza and Gelato! And it was also so much delicious! Can definitely recommend if you’re coming to Italy, they have these schools everywhere in Italy!

The two Chefs Tomasso and Federico were outstanding. We had so much fun learning how to make pizza and gelato. We also learnt about the history of pizza and gelato, the difference between gelato, sorbet, and ice cream etc. super class

It was a really exciting program, and the pizza was really delicious. I recommend this activity, to taste a real napolitanean-style pizza.

An amazing experience making pasta and gelato! Food was delicious and the class was so fun! The chefs were thorough with their explanations and how to cook everything. Would definitely do again!

Superleuke kookles in pizza en ijs!
We hebben een les gehad van Lisa en Jon, om pizza en ijs te maken. Ze leggen het in het Engels uit, dus het is voor iedereen te volgen. Leuk voor kinderen en volwassen! Ze doen alles op een speelse manier met humor. Heel gezellige sfeer en je maakt alles van de pizza zelf, ook het deeg. Mega leuk en je krijgt ook nog een heerlijk zelfgemaakt eindresultaat!

Fantastic Time
We had a fantastic time! We had 3 generations of family members and we all enjoyed the experience! The chef Salvo was fun, engaging and entertaining! It moves along nicely with individual attention and fun references. The location was convenient and easy to find! I highly recommend the experience for couples and families! Thank you so much for a night to remember.

A highlight of our Sicilian trip
This will no doubt go down as one of the highlights of our Sicilian holiday. We’re both quite experienced cooks and so we had prepared ourselves for the possibility that the class would be a ‘fun but basic’ experience. We needn’t have worried. We made the pizza dough entirely from scratch — and we were given lots of helpful hints and advice along the way. Our tutor - Rima - handled the class extremely well. The facilities and equipment were excellent. The resulting pizza was delicious… thanks to Rima’s superb guidance. The gelato lesson was perhaps slightly less satisfying, but this was not surprising. The gelato-making was a bit of a time-filler while the pizza dough was rising. The recipe we followed was not strictly traditional — corn flour was used instead of eggs. However, this was to be expected given the limitations of time. Nevertheless, those seeking a serious, proper gelato class should consider booking something that focuses specifically on this. Overall, though, this was a wonderful session which we would recommend to anyone with no hesitation whatsoever.

Tuscany special
Julia and Lorenzo were wonderful and patient guides on the Vespa. I especially enjoyed getting to her about Italy/ Italian history and the country of Brunei over lunch at our table- wonderfully personalized!

Pasta and Gelato class
The chefs made everything fun and easy and the meal was substantial. We went as a family with teenagers and everyone enjoyed the experience.

Molto bene!
Andrea was an excellent teacher and the school is really professional. We did the pizza and gelato class. He told us a lot of history about pizza and was very helpful with going over the method etc. I'd recommend! In comparison we did another class in Verona and it was a mess so we were apprehensive but this one was amazing.

Wonderful Vacations with Towns of Italy support!
Chiara Arcari -a tour agent at Towns of Italy- helped us to organize each and every little detail of our vacations around in Italy visititng Rome, Naples, Sorrento, Amalfitana Coast and Sardegna.
