Roberta was an excellent chef! Explained many things about Italian cooking even though I’ve been around it my whole life, I still learned a lot from her class! She was very so much fun! I highly recommend her class, so worth it!

Our day trip was great! Our guides were funny and accommodating. The Vespa ride in Tuscany is more beautiful than I can imagine. The food and wine tasting was nice. Overall, highly recommend.

Definitely worth taking a tour rather than just going in to see the fresco ourselves . Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Leonardo and gave us a very in depth understanding of his background and the fresco !

Chef Nadia is a great teacher and lovely person ! The course was great but the pizzas come out a little bit too hard and not as soft as the Pizza Napoletana. Maybe the recipe needs a few tweaks to guarantee a softer dough even for beginners. The others students seemed to share the same idea.
