This was the best trip of our holiday. We met Renato in the morning and joined six others for a comfortable tour in an air-conditioned van. As we drove to Erice, Renato explained the views and gave us some historical contexts. Erice is a beautiful town at the top of a hill. We had coffee and Genovesi Ericine pastries which were very good. We then did a tour of the town with more sightseeing and history. This was a great stop. Next, we went down to the salt plains for a short stop and nice views along the way. Finally, we went to the Baglio Donna Franco winery. This is a beautiful winery with an interesting history but of course the main attraction here was a delicious lunch with a selection of Sicilian antipasta, a plate of two kinds of local pasta, a biscotta and four glasses of wine. As we were all on time throughout, we stopped at a couple of bonus vistas. Renato was a great host. He was immediately warm, kind, and was positive throughout the tour. Highly recommended!

Renata was an excellent and passionate tour guide who clearly knows a lot about the history and culture of Palermo and Sicily as a whole! As a history fan I would have liked the tour to focus a bit more on the "why" and "how" of certain historical periods (e.g. why did the Normans come; where did they come from; etc.), but this in no way detracted from the overall tour

Bonne visite avec Benedetto. Guide très passionné. Beaucoup d’humour durant la visite. Cependant, bon niveau d’anglais recommandé car parle très vite et il faut vite assimiler les informations.

Waste of time walking from meeting place to venue. We could met there. Guide was difficult to understand, especially in crowded environment and noise (not her fault - I’m sure she is knowledgeable). I thought that we’d learn a lot more. We think the activity was a complete waste of time and very excessive cost. Not only will I not recommend this tour, I will speak against it.

I really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was excellent. She told the story around this masterpiece in an engaging and interesting way. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend this experience to others!

We could admire from above the north-west coast of Sicily tasting a little bit of everything, meaning beautifull landscapes, history, local stories, local food &wines and present events. Our guide was an excelent partner and also a very good driver 😉.

While our tour guide was great and had tons of information. The tour states it includes terraces and we did not see the terraces. Other than that, it was a great tour!

Renata was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable about the history and took us on a very interesting footpath. I suggest doing this tour at the beginning of your trip so that you can decide places you want to go back to!
