Thoroughly enjoyed our pasta and gelato experience with chef Victoria. A unique small group experience. Chef Victoria was knowledgeable and made the process fun. Would not hesitate to try something like this again.

We were a bit sceptical when we saw the size of the group with over 20 people, but the two lady chefs did a fantastic job. It was a great evening with lots of useful information, great recipes, entertaining company and a super atmosphere. highly recommended, great value for money.

We had a wonderful time on the tour. Luca is very knowledgeable, we learned so much of the places we visited. Renato was our driver he made our trip very comfortable. I highly recommend Tours of Italy.

This was an outstanding tour. The vineyards we visited were amazing properties and their wines were unbelievable . My only suggestion: improve lunch quality. Was ok/ not enough.

The Chef who taught the class was amazing. She explained everything really well and really connected with everyone in the class. The pasta and sauces we made were both delicious, and so was the gelato. There was lots of food and wine and music playing the whole time. I would highly recommend this activity! It was a nice change from some of the other excursions/activities we did while in Rome.

Erice was beautiful, and our brisket walk through it was enough to get a fleeting grap of the feel. Again the salt farming was really fascinating, the brief stop was sufficient, but some of the guests didn't fully understand the explanation of the process. maybe some diagrams would help. the Winery was a joy, the view from the roof felt timeless. The food was just right, tasting the wines with the foods was excellent. Ashame we did not get to see the cellars, they were closed. I felt sad to have missed this critical part of the tour.
