Cooking course was very fun and useful. Our guide Elza was very friendly and she taught us tips and tricks on how to make real italian pizza at home.

Our guide, Ila was fabulous! She made sure everyone in our group felt safe to drive their vespas & we ended up opting to go in a fiat for the tour. The stops were beautiful. Wish the town, Impruneta, had more stores that were open. The lunch was amazing, risotto was 10/10. We did a tasting and lunch at Diadema, only downside was the person doing the tasting kept asking my partner and I to share our tasting pours. We paid for both of us to have tastings and even bought bottles to be shipped back to the US - so would’ve liked for a better tasting experience than feeling rushed and as if they didn’t want to pour for us. Didnt ruin the experience, but definitely made us reconsider purchasing from their winery. Regardless, wonderful tour and our guide, Ila, was amazing!

Brilliant tour with the most superb guide. We really appreciated our guide’s enthusiasm for the subject area and depth of knowledge of Sicilian and world history. Worth the cost as we learned far more than we would with an audio guide. Thank you

The start of our tour was late due to the fact that the meeting point instructions state next to a kiosk which is no longer there, but after asking several people we eventually found our guide. It was only the two of us on the tour which could have been difficult but our guide became like our third friend and we had a lovely evening. There is only one wine window on the tour when we did expect a few more. If anything I would suggest another wine window instead of the olive oil tasting surprise!

This was the best time to see the Duomo, definitely worth the early start. The quietness added to the splendour of the cathedral. Our guide was very knowledgeable and clear spoken. The climb itself is broken into stages to make it easier.

My husband and I decided to experience a cooking class in Palermo, Sicily. We had so much fun learning how to make pizza and chocolate gelato with our fantastic chef Federico. He was friendly, patient, funny, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained step by step the process and then we went to work with his guidance and good advice. We are super satisfied with our experience at this cooking class with our chef Federico. We recommend it to everyone and we will tell our friends and family to book this class for sure. The course went into a lot of details on the making of pizza Neapolitano and gelato. Our chef was very knowledgeable and show us the correct ways. All in all a very nice experience we had.

The chef made the day for us. He was informative and explained clearly what was happening and why. There was plenty of water and wine to drink. The food was tasty and we left understanding how the 3 courses were made and I would feel confident attempting them at home.

Sehr schöner Raum und sehr nette Köchin. Man hat auch noch das ein oder andere gelernt. Das Pizza machen hat viel Spaß gemacht, das Eis machen war weniger spektakulär, aber auch lecker.

There are a lot of comments for the cooking workshops and less about their guided tours, but it’s really worth a couple of words! Together with my partner, we did the small group walking tour of Palermo Unesco sites (3 hours) and I could not recommend it enough! This was all thanks to our guide Deborah. She really took the time to explain the city’s history, anecdotes and legends; and on top of that she did it with such great energy that we were all captivated. She really highlights how Sicily’s history transposes to today, and we all came out of this tour smarter and wiser. Don’t hesitate and book it! ☺️

The class was a lot of fun. I was solo and others in the class were also. Everyone was friendly. Our guide/chef Fabriezo was friendly, entertaining and professional. He provided lots of information, stories and fun opportunities.
