We were standing by the window, so the photo was a bit overexposed, but no problem, they took a new one right away. (Original) Super leuke ervaring! Lidia & Marcello waren super leuke chefs! Alles was goed geregeld. We werden goed begeleid en ze kwamen helpen als het nodig was. Het eind resultaat was heerlijk!! Er werden ook Polaroid foto’s gemaakt ter plekke van ons, wij stonden bij het raam dus de foto was wat overbelicht, maar geen probleem er werd zo een nieuwe gemaakt.

Our Chef, Marcello was a terrific guide. He engaged us, asked questions to emphasize important points, and coached us through each course. We enjoyed the hands on preparation, and given time constraints understood that parts of our production would be used for the class the next day. We found little value in the visiting the market - and instead would have preferred to learn to prepare the dough and filling for the cannoli. Overall we had a wonderful experience, enjoyed eating the food we prepared and would definitely recommend this class to others. Graze Marcello! You made learning fun!

I really enjoyed the slow and peaceful ride, the fellow driving was very good. Marta was very pleasant and informative about Florence history in a relaxing manner, without giving us too much information. I thought the ride could have been a bit longer if possible, like 15 minutes.
