It’s a great experience; you can enjoy looking at the city from the bird's view because the Ferris wheel also moves at a reasonable speed

Thought this would be a great experience but, I was wrong! The AC was not working in the pod my kids and I were beat red and covered in sweat when we got off. Told them Maria says would you like a refund I said yes absolutely I feel sick from the heat. She then call her manager over he says oh you bought a combo ticket we can’t refund that would you like to ride again. No thank you I don’t want heat exhaustion twice. He then say well we shut the pod down for the day if that helps . How does that help me? I ask to speak to someone higher he gives me a card for booking trips really! Then says it’s owned by another country ok so I said since it’s owned by a foreign company I’m supposed to just not care. He said well it’s all I can do then says you can go in the wax museum no sorry I don’t feel good I’m over heated I was trapped with my kids for 32 minutes in the hot pod over 100 degrees you think that’s a fair out come he said no. I tired to call the number says voice mail is full! If I could give a zero I would
