They should work on their customer service when loading and unloading passengers. Black guy with glasses on 2/19 around 730 decided he wanted to be rude and have an attitude when we couldn’t hear him saying step on. Then proceeded to Rudely say let’s go. Great experience

It’s really really slow. I guess it would be nice if you have kids, they will be excited about the height. Otherwise I found it really boring and wast of money. Also they charge you extra (obligatory) for the photos, which you eventually discover that you have to pay about an extra 40$ to get ! A REAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

The Orlando Eye – Impressive Growth! We really enjoyed our visit to The Orlando Eye! It’s amazing to see how much it has grown since our last trip—so much more to do now, especially for the kids. Hard to believe how different it is from just a few years ago! Unfortunately, we got rained out, but we’ll definitely be back to experience it all again!

Our first time there since it open.(Live on the East Coast).As a family we had a blast. Plenty of things to do and eat. If you can't find something you like on I Drive and here, maybe it's not for you. Don't want to sound harsh, but it is the truth.
