We arrived to only find out that the times have been changed to 12pm-8 pm instead of the websites saying til 11 pm. My husband and I have been before but we wanted to share this experience with our kids. A team member tried to give us free tickets and a gift card to come the next day before 4 pm and sit through some presentation for 90 min. Hard pass. We got the money. Not the time. As a legitimate establishment get your website personnel to make adjustments. Y’all make too much money to not be on top of your business.
