Awesome experience unless you're claustrophobic or prone to headaches when ascending altitude quickly. Extremely fun at night and worth the money!! Next time will be Vegas!!

Everything online says it’s open but it’s closed for the day and they really don’t know when it’s going to reopen. It’s Saturday May 23.

Technical issues more like technical excuse! I went to the Orlando icon park for one reason, to have fun and ride the Orlando eye. But due to "technical issues" I was unable to. And the worst part was I had got absolutely no refund, no coupon absolutely nothing. I am very disappointed because i drove three hours here just to experience people saying it wasn't working. Also don't go to Orlando sealife if you don't have kids younger than 5 it's boring. 1 star

Can't comment on the experience, because despite having pre-booked tickets, the Eye was closed for the day when we got there. We were not contacted by email to say the Eye was closed on the day we had booked, despite receiving daily emails about planning our visit. Incidentally, these planning emails (at least 5 of them) directed me to Sydney Eye web pages! Given that we had travelled 2 hours from Sarasota purely for the Eye, we were less than impressed. The staff have initiated a refund for the tickets, however this doesn't make my experience any better. So be warned, even if you have tickets bought directly from them, and receive the planning your visit emails, the Eye may not be open!
