I would leave 0 stars if I could, my family came from New York to visit and we decided we’d go out to icon park and have a good time. I paid for 3 bundled tickets because I thought it’d be cheaper. Unfortunately, the main attraction was down and so the staff assured me it would be reopening later that day, so to go do my other attractions before that, cool, we did that thinking we’d see all of Orlando with the night views. After we finished up with the wax museum and walking around some, we go to get on the Ferris wheel and they said it wouldn’t be opening at all. After some back and forth with the staff the manager came and couldn’t offer me a refund since we did the wax museum. Only reason we did that was because the staff said we would be getting on the Ferris wheel later, so to kill time why not do everything else. Wax museum was eh nothing to die for. Real touristy, but never been on the eye so I thought it’d be cool to do with my family from outta state. Seems like a tactic management trains staff on so they can mitigate the amount of refunds that are issued when 1 or more attractions are down or being serviced. Won’t be doing that again lol. 😅

Great way to see the whole city of Orlando. It's a beautiful spacious glass box that outlooks the whole city of Orlando and it's air conditioned and music to enjoy on your ride.

It was a good experience. It was closed the first time we went because of lightning. I won’t call it fun, but it’s nice to have a different view of Orlando.
