Me and my family will NEVER go back to the Santa Experience at ICON Park. The santa looked like he had just woke up from a nap. You no longer get to ride the orlando eye with the purchase of the photos like you have in the past, which is one of the reasons we go there to see santa. They let you ride the carousel for free but only your children can ride and if you want to accompany them for THEIR SAFETY (my youngest is 4 yrs old), you have to buy a separate ticket for yourself to stand beside them. The carousel operators are extremely rude, and the whole experience was just terrible compared to past years. Whoever bought the park this year needs to seriously reconsider the new rules they have set in place. There are PLENTY of places to see santa that are a lot cheaper with a more awake santa and a better and sweeter experience. We were incredibly disappointed.
