They canceled our noon slot at 927 am on the day and gave us different reasons: 1) the vessel broke down (email response), and 2) 50% of employees called in sick! 3) not enough booking. They offered a later date, "the second week in Jan," about 15 days after our original booking. Then we got a text to book on the 31st (4 days after the original booking), but when we checked online, they actually had an opening on the 29th, but it was double the original price. I want to show how they prioritize their business over customers, ignoring people who might have traveled far and booked way ahead.

Awesome tour, really enjoyed the snorkeling activity and the help from captain and Emily for first timers and no swimmers was really admirable. Will definitely recommend it.

Awesome trip! The captain was very funny and made the trip fun. He is also a great DJ. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Great snorkeling trip and we also saw whales.

Such a great excursion for my family and I! We had three kids with us, ages 7, 10, and 12 and the entire crew were so accommodating and understanding! The kids had a blast! We had plenty of snacks and food. We stopped so many times to see whales along each of the stops! It was a wonderful day on the water especially because of this crew!
