Don't book unless you want your booking cancelled, 4 days prior to going for what they called "preventive maintenance on our vessel". Having booked this tour over a month ago, I have just received an email 4 days before saying that my tour is cancelled as they want to carry out preventive maintenance to their vessel. I understand things don't always go as they want for a business, but there's no emergency about this, they just want to carry out something that they should have planned in advance and not taken bookings. Cancelling 4 days before is just terrible. Wouldn't recommend them unless you want to maybe have your tour cancelled for whatever reason they might decide.

Not As Luxurious As Expected

This was pretty bare bones. We were not offered water all day. There was very little food at the chosen wineries (all pre-packaged "to go" style cheese and charcuterie that my friend called "Lunchables). Of the two wineries we were taken, only the second one had decent wine. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd leave ten stars if I could! My experience with Maui Snorkeling was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we boarded at the Harbor, Captain Greg and his outstanding crew made us feel completely at ease. Their professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm created an atmosphere that was both safe and genuinely fun throughout the entire journey. The boat ride itself was stunning. The panoramic views of the coastline, and the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation gave me a sense of awe. The snorkeling spots we visited were breathtaking, filled with vibrant coral gardens and an incredible variety of marine life. The crew provided expert guidance, making even first-time snorkelers feel comfortable and confident in the water. The waterslide was a highlight for everyone on board! A special mention goes to the delicious onboard meal, thoughtfully prepared and perfectly accommodating to my gluten-free diet. It’s rare to find such attention to detail on an excursion, and it made the experience feel even more personal. To top it all off, the beautiful photos captured by @sarahseastories have allowed me to relive the magic of the day long after returning to shore. And don't forget to pick up a hat and a t-shirt! The merch is gorgeous. My children and I have worn our hats and shirts over and over again since returning from vacation. I wholeheartedly recommend Maui Snorkeling, whether you’re a seasoned snorkeler or a first-timer, this experience will leave you with unforgettable memories of Hawaii’s underwater paradise. 🌺

Not a Luxury Coach Bus as advertised

First of all, this was supposed to be in a Luxury Coach bus. The Bus that we traveled in was anything but…. The first winery was a dump, and the only thing that made the day pleasurable was the second winery, Ru Vango. It was a beautiful winery with beautiful views.

Great experience and crew members! Informative about how to snorkel, the best spots for sea life and the culture and history of Hawaii. Good food provided with plenty of snacks and drink options. Even brought out a slide to try off the boat! Coolest snorkel spots I’ve ever been. Highly recommend!!

Day well spent

Grady, our driver shared a lot of interesting and useful information about the San Francisco area. Both Wineries were beautiful and generous with samples. I learned a great deal about their wines and a little bit about the grape - to - wine journey. I recommend this tour!

As we arrived at the Harbor I noticed Maui Snorkeling wasn't the only company taking guests out. There we several different companies. Maui Snorkeling should be the only one! Captin Greg was entertaining, Erica and Chasten were friendly and patient with ALL the guests. Captin Greg's timing to each location made us feel like we were the only folks in the water. My son throughly enjoyed the waterslide again other boats featured a warerslide but the inflatable version hats off the only one worth it. If you are supporter of small businesses this is one to support. The other ships were larger more crowded and I'm sure more commercial. Don't miss this opportunity when you come to the island of Maui.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing time snorkeling with Maui Snorkeling at Molokini Crater! The crew and captain were super chill, friendly, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing. The boat was clean, the slide was a blast, and we got to see turtles and colorful fish in crystal clear water. Definitely one of the highlights of my Maui trip — highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island! 🌊🐢☀️

Hands down the best crew and trip we’ve done!! Waterside was also an added perk.

Fantastic experience with Maui Snorkeling! Great service, super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and fun staff! Everyone was really well looked after, equipment was great and the boat very comfortable. We got to snorkel Molokini crater, only boat there for most of the time, incredible! Overall, a fabulous afternoon and highly recommend. 10/10

Great walk in the woods

It's a nice stop in Muir Woods. I could live without Sausalito. They stop there just so you'll spend some money but it's not long enough for a meal.

Emily and Whitney and the whole crew were PHENOMENAL! They were so accommodating, GREAT energy, and they took the best photos EVER! Next time we come to Hawaii we will definitely come back to them for snorkeling and turtle sightings! 100/10!!!!!!

They were so great! We came with two kids 2 and 7 and they were so great with them. The slide was our 7 year old favorite. Some of these other boats have over 100 ppl. Our group was about 30 people and great! Highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our snorkeling trip with Maui Snorkeling and the fantastic crew. Greg was a wonderful captain that brought laughs and enjoyment throughout the entire trip. Emily was super sweet and helpful and Shayton (I don't know how to write his name lol) was great as well. We highly recommend doing the snorkel trip to Molokini and turtle town with them! It was a great part of our celebration of our engagement 🙂

We had a great trip! The staff was fantastic and the snorkeling was very memorable. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back another time.

Such a fun crew with a funny captain! First time snorkeling and got to see a sea turtle and a baby shark! They provided food and drinks and played music! Definitely recommend. Made for a good time
