On Time Isn’t Good Enough?
I was super excited about this food tour and all the stops they had on the itinerary. My sister and I got there on time to meet the guide but NEVER FOUND THEM. We reached out to the guide AND Viator to figure things out and nothing helped. We walked around for over 30 minutes trying to find the tour and hop in late, but the tour guide never answered us or Viator. We even went out of our way to book a tour with a different service for the next day and had better assistance from the very beginning. The ONLY good thing about this experience is I got confirmation to get a refund for the booking after we were LEFT BEHIND. I would NOT recommend using this booking service, especially after this experience!

William was great! He gave everyone tips about free or low cost activities to do in many areas of nyc, and then sent an entire list via whatsapp as well. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend!
