What a fantastic trip! Our return journey from Seville to Gibraltar was absolutely exceptional, and I would recommend it without hesitation. Vanessa was truly outstanding from start to finish. Her knowledge and organisation made the entire experience seamless. Before we arrived in Gibraltar, she gave us incredibly comprehensive advice, ensured we crossed the border smoothly and arranged a fantastic tour for us. Honestly, Vanessa made the journey unforgettable. Her humour, warmth, and entertaining personality kept everyone laughing throughout the day, my face is aching from laughing so much! Even when we encountered an unexpected delay on the motorway, Vanessa kept spirits high. That takes real talent! A huge shout-out as well to our driver, Silverio, who was equally brilliant. He drove safely and professionally throughout the journey, making us feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Vanessa and Silverio are an outstanding team, thank you. Highly recommended!

Group cooking class in Seville.
The evening overall was ok. We felt that we we're a little bit misled with the cooking class. We didn't know it was going to be a total group participation we thought it would be 2-4 people per station and that we would all individually be making the food. The food choice was also okay... I would have preferred more of a variety. And also the quality of drinks we're not very good. The wine was a very inexpensive one and didn't taste good! I think overall it wasn't what we expected. Having done a similar class in Madrid I guess we had a very high expectations. I did appreciate that they were able to accommodate my celiac allergy and another person in the group was a vegetarian and they were able to accept her allergy as well. I don't feel it was good value for the price unfortunately.

I booked this for myself since my husband was working. It was great! You meet at the market, stalls 75-77. 12 people to a class. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. We toured some of the vendors in the market, then headed back for cooking class! A beautiful homemade soup, side appetizer and then Paella! Met some great friends from all over the US and we all participated in the meal prep. Chef Domenico was gracious and fun! We had sangria, wine, water and other beverages were offered. A highlight of any trip to Seville if you love food and cooking!

Informative tour of several stalls in the traditional marketplace. The chef in the cooking portion was terrific - patient, gave clear instructions and made sure it was fun for everyone. No cooking experience needed.

Fun gastronomic experience
Guia was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide at the Mercado de Triana. Chef Leo was a fun instructor who helped us go outside our comfort zone! Definitely would recommend this experience when you visit Sevilla!

Recommended introduction to triana market with samples of the vast choices of food & wines
Excellent introduction to triana market and local foods. Starting point the cooking school at stall 77 inside the market. Small group meant we could easily hear and ask questions. Markets food choice is so vast and this gave a useful start of olive varieties, spices, dried tuna, charcuterie and mini desserts plus 3 wines/sherry samples.

Learnt lots and ate well
A very well run course with a good amount of participation and instruction. All the food cooked was really good and as one of our group had an allergy this was handled with no issues. Both the quality and quantity of food and drink were right for a nice evening out.

we struggled to hear and understand at times but enjoyed the opportunity to try Spanish cooking . we were a bit disappointed when we arrived to be ignored by the team who were having a smoke outside before the event was due to start it would have been appreciated if our presence had been acknowledged.
