Easy, tasty recipes. Good fun.

The event started with a tour of the market and information on local products like ham, cheese, olive oil and spices. It would have been very interesting to be able to sample the goods we were learning about. The cooking was done communally and was fun and easy with no fussy measuring. All the ingredients were laid out for us and didn’t require much skill. That being said, all the dishes were very tasty and filling. The sangria was refreshing and a nice addition to the day. We enjoyed the instructors and would recommend this for anyone wanting to learn a bit about the local culture and foods.

Domenico was an amazing chef and made our experience memorable. We were hands on with the food preparation and the food was amazing. We would highly recommend this cooking class and delicious dinner.

Wonderful!

Me and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed this immersion cooking class into Andalusion food. We arrive home Friday night and I have already made the Sangria, Paella and the spinach and chickpeas. Tonight i will add the Salmorejo soup. I also really enjoyed the Triana market tour and was able to have the market vacuum seal several products for my family to try. I will all cooking classes were this good.

Sabrina and the chef were lovely and friendly and funny! They included everybody and we had a wonderful tour of the market beforehand. The food was amazing and we made some great pals. I would highly recommend this cooking class. It was a definite highlight of our time in Seville
