Highly recommended

This was a very lovely experience. Carmen and Leo were really great, providing lots of interesting information in a fun and engaging way. We learned to make Paella, salmorejo, chickpeas and spinach, lemon sorbet and Sangria the traditional way. The market tour was also really nice, nothing boring. Highly recommended ❤️

Was a great opportunity...

Was a great opportunity to cook in a real cooking school in Seville. Chef was great, everything was delicious and a real Hands on experience for our two teenagers and us. Enjoyed the brief tour of Triana market prior to the class.

Leo and Carmen made this activity one to remember! We learned to create three dishes and we made a delicious dessert as well. As someone who enjoys cooking and does it often even I learnt many new skills. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in food or just ready to have a good time.

This cooking class was fantastic. Our guide Lache and Diana were amazing. We would highly recommend this activity to see the market and cook wonderful dishes!

Food and fun!

Maria and Lydia were both very personable and made us feel so welcome. We met some great people, learned new spanish food facts and cooking techniques. The food we made was fresh, easy to make and tasty!

Great value, and fun even for experienced cooks!

The Triana market tour and cooking class was a great way to finish our trip to Seville! We really enjoyed our tour guide Gaia and chef Carlo was an excellent teacher. We cook a lot but learned some new tricks and a lot about Spanish cuisine. The food and drinks were also plentiful and delicious. Definitely recommend!

Spanish Cooking Class!

We had the most fantastic cooking experience with Diana and Lydia. They were fantastic hosts and teachers, who taught us so much about how to prepare traditional Spanish dishes. We were nervous as we had never taken a cooking class before, but were quickly put at ease thanks to the approach of Diana and Lydia. It was such a fun and easy experience. Everything tasted amazing and we are so excited to try making all the recipes at home at the end of our holiday. It was so lovely to meet and cook with people from other countries during this experience too. Such a highlight of our trip to Seville and Spain. Thanks so much!

We loved this experience. The chef/instructor was entertaining and funny. He guided us through the preparation of multiple dishes that all turned out delicious. We also loved the market tour and ended up returning to buy several items from vendors. This activity was one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent way to immerse yourself in the local gastronomy. Foodies will not be disappointed. Carlo was a great chef and teacher, and Gaia delivered a great tour, explanations and sangria!

Luis’ tour in the market was fun and informative. Both he and the stalls we visited were so welcoming. Luis was wonderful in the kitchen where things were so well organized but also relaxed. Domenico’s class was perfect- lively, so helpful and great fun to work along side him. He has mastered being the chef and the teacher all in one. We learned so much about Spanish technique and preferences and cuisine. It was a wonderful experience with many smiles and laughter.
