Pedro and Lydia were awesome. The cooking techniques, butchering skills, and sangria recipe were worth the price of admission alone. The food was excellent. The tour was very informative. We highly recommend the experience, especially if you love to cook.

Interessant, authentisch, lecker! Man lernt etwas für sein (Koch-)Leben. Die zwei Gastgeber:innen sind wirklich ein tolles Team! Sie lockern die Atmosphäre auf und man lernt dabei viel über spanische Traditionen. Sowohl über das Kochen, als auch über Sangria.

this course needs no improvement!!!!. it is an extremely enjoyable and fun way to spend a few hours learning about and cooking some Spanish dishes. best thing we have done all holiday!! thank you everyone involved. it was brilliant !!!!

Fun food experience in Sevilla
This spanish cooking class is a must for everyone visiting Sevilla. It was a 3 hour course and small groups, 6 on each of the cooking stations. The chef, Carlo, did an excellent job, made us feel confident we could do this at home. He was a very good teacher and even gave a very good lesson on how to cut a whole chicken. The salmorejo was easy to make and very tasty. The paella was very delicious, one of the better paella dishes we had during our 3 week tour. I highly recommend this experience. You won't regret it! Enjoy Spain, a lovely country.

This was an amazing experience! The tour of the market was a great way to start and the class itself was exceptional. Diana was a great chef, very engaging and knowledgeable. Plus the food we made was delicious. A great way to spend a morning in Seville!

Cooking Class in Seville
My wife and I took the cooking class with Leo and Sabrina . We had a wonderful time with the group. We learned how to make a variety of Spanish dishes. They will even email recipes to you. Very laid back with no pressure to perform. Very fun was to spend the evening in Seville.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Triana market tour and cooking class! Our guide showed us through the market, stopping at various stalls to explain certain foods and ingredients we would use for our Spanish lunch. She was very respectful of the local shoppers there on a busy morning. Our cooking experience was fantastic! The kitchen area was spotless and spacious, allowing comfortable viewing and seating for all of us. The chef demonstrated and guide us through making a delicious soup, a spinach and chickpea appetizer, a fabulous chicken/vegetable paella, and a delicious lemon/ice cream dessert. He was personable, patience with all our questions, engaging, and gave everyone opportunities to participate in the cooking process. During the cooking we were taught how to make perfect sangria and then offered a glass or two to enjoy! Once the meal was prepared, we all enjoyed a fabulous lunch! The whole experience was just excellent! We’ll prepare this meal for our family !

Nous avons adoré notre expérience. La visite de ce fabuleux marché était très instructive, Anna nous a fait des commentaires sur les fromages, le jambon, l'huile d'olive, les fruits et légumes ainsi que su -r le safran et le paprika. Le cours était génial, mes filles (ado) ont également aimé. Carlo notre cuisinier était très drôle et nous a partagé son savoir sur la cuisine espagnole. Je recommande à 100%

Die Marktour mit anschließendem Kochkurs waren lehrreich und ein großes Vergnügen. Wir freuen uns, dabei gewesen zu sein und die Gerichte im nächsten Sommer nachzukochen. Diana hat das super gemacht!
