Our cooking class was so much fun!!! The chef was hilarious, knowledgable, and offered a perfect balance of guiding us if we needed but letting us have plenty of space/time to figure out chopping or stirring techniques on our own. We learned about the historical and cultural significance of the dishes we made and plenty about the science of the cooking. It was the best Spanish food we’ve eaten on our whole trip!

Taste of Sevilla

This is a great expereince to learn not just about cooking but about food in the region. You start with a tour of the market where you learn about different ingredients that will go into the food. From there you start cooking. They prep some of the ingredients, but you get to do most of the preparation. There end up being 3 courses, lots of sangria, wine, and beer with a lovely dessert at the end. Our staff was wonderful and made it easy to ask questions and engaged us throughout. Of note,the class is IN the market. I got a little lost trying to find it. Well worth the price and a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed the market tour and genuinely learnt a lot. Then the cookery class was so much fun, educational and very tasty! We learned new cookery skills (I had no idea how to prepare an artichoke!!!) and it was a exceptionally clean, fun & friendly environment.

Don't hesitate to book this really great experience.

I would really recommend. Good location and the staff are really great fun and informative. The market tour was very interesting but the cooking was the best bit. The dishes we made turned out really well and we learned a lot along the way. I great way to finish off our trip to Seville.

We loved how organized it was and how each participant could contribute at their own level of experience and comfort. The food was delicious as well, and the instruction by Carlo and Lidia was spot on.

I had an amazing evening cooking with the best people from all over the world, guided by Carlo. Carlo brings not only his expertise to the table, but a great energy and a sense of humour with no limit. His vibe definitely majorly impacted how much I enjoyed this class. The food was great, the drinks were great, but most importantly, take a moment to really enjoy the people you are with. An awesome experience and will definitely recommend to friends.
