un corso di cucina ben organizzato e dopo un"ottima cena accompagnata da sangria e vino. lo chef e il.suo aiuto sono stati davvero bravi e carini e ci hanno aiutato a preparare una sorpresa per mio figlio che ha potuto spegnere la candelina del suo 13esimo compleanno. una esperienza da fare per vivere la cultura spagnola imparando i segreti della paella perfetta. grazie Domenico per la splendida serata, mio figlio è rimasto entusiasta

Es hat Spaß gemacht. Auf Allergien wurde sehr gut eingegangen, ich habe sogar ein Ersatzgericht bekommen. Der Sangria war himmlisch. Die Marktführung war sehr informativ. Und das kochen wurde sehr gut angeleitet. Die Rezepte folgen per e-mail.

This cooking class was excellent. The instructions were clear, informative, sprinkled with a bit of culture and background information on the dishes and the method. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They created a safe and enjoyable learning experience. And the food and drinks were delicious.

Amazing!

Cooking classes are always a highlight for us, and this was no different! I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Dom and Miguel were a great team! Both were engaging, funny and the perfect hosts. We started with sangria, which was not the typical sangria you think of (think sugary hangover). They were very accommodating and made a variation, tinto de verano, for those who preferred. Next we made salmorejo, an Andalusian cold tomato soup, but this is no gazpacho! We then made espinacas con garbanzos, an authentic tapa which was delicious. Finally, we made paella. Dom explained the real story behind the dish. We all had an opportunity to participate in the meal prep, and had a great time chatting with our cooking peers. The end of the meal showcased a delicious lemon sorbet with cava. Overall, this was a great experience. It was fun, informative and, having taken other cooking classes, we felt the food quality was outstanding and worth the price. 😊

Amazing experience (I have done it twice!)

Amazing experience- this is the second time I have done this experience (yes I went back) Leo is wonderful, witty and funny and Guya (I hope I spelt her name correctly) is so friendly and informative. You are taken around Triana market where they give you information about the products you are going to be using and where they come from. You are then taken back to the cooking class where you prepare and cook 3 different recepies. You each get a turn cooking throughout and then you enjoy the delicious food you made with a sit down meal. There is also a small shop located in the cooking class so you can purchase books, pans and even aprons to take home as a souvenier. I would recommend doing this on your trip to Seville!

visite du marché tres sympa car elle met en avant les producteurs locaux. ensuite toutes les explications autour des plats réalisés étaient parfaitement claires. les rencontres sympa nous étions 8. 4 américains 2 anglaises mais la communication était fluide. vient ensuite la dégustation avec en.prime un bon verre de vin (ou bière). je recommande +++

Learned how to add magical depths of flavour

Lively and informative tour of the market with Lydia then a short walk to the cooking school in Triana where our group of 12 of different nationalities quickly became two friendly teams and took instruction from David, the chef. Spotless kitchen and attention to hygiene impeccable. Plenty of sangria during the cooking process and, although we've been making Spanish food at home in the UK for many years, we learned a lot about how to prepare the food and add magical depths of flavour.

Wonderful cooking experience. did not require a lot of skill but provided an opportunity to prepare and cook multiple dishes. Carlo's knowledge and instruction changed my life. highly recommend this for families, couples, anyone who enjoys making and trying new foods.

Top unterhaltsamer Paella-Kurs mit wertvollen Insider-Tipps

Der Kochkurs mit David und Ana war fantastisch. Die beiden haben uns in der Markthalle von Tirada in die Welt von Sangria, Paella und Tapas eingeführt und allerlei Wissenswertes dazu erzählt. Spannend waren auch die Hintergrundinfos zu den Zutaten und kleine Tipps und Tricks, was man beachten möchte, wenn man eine "echte" Paella kochen möchte. Echt coole Sache! Ich war alleine da - also ohne Begleitung - und es hat total viel Spass gemacht. Man kommt beim Kochen schnell ins Gespräch mit den anderen Teilnehmenden aus ganz Europa. Ich würde so einen Kurs jederzeit wieder machen und gebe eine absolute Empfehlung dafür ab.

Spanish Cooking Class and Dinner in Seville - Excellent

Did the Spanish Cooking Class and Dinner in Seville. 4 of us took the class along with 5 others. The 4 of us had our own cooking station. We prepared 3 dishes and 2 drinks. We made Salmorejo, Spinach with chickpeas, and Paella Valenciana. One person in our group has a food allergy to chickpeas. That was communicated to them when I booked the class. When we arrived they were aware of that and mentioned it. When preparing the spinach with chickpeas, they removed a portion of the dish before the chickpeas were added - that was set aside for the person with the allergy. We also prepared Lemon sorbet with cava and had Sandria to drink. We had 2 chefs helping instruct and show us how to do each step. They were excellent - expertly guided us through the process for each dish. Additionally they were very personable. There was a fun atmosphere with lots of laughing during the class. The class was not rushed. There was plenty of time to accomplish each step and if needed additional explanation was provided. The class was conducted in English and they were easy to understand. The food was great. The drinks were great. Highly recommend this class.
