Not sure why people are unhappy. This was easy to find and navigate. We road 3 lines and enjoyed an overview of Copenhagen. They offer headphones and have more than 10 languages. Recommend!

Copenhagen is walkable so give this a miss.
Terrible organisation There was unclear advice on the shuttle from the cruise terminal to the sightseeing bus. We were told to get off the bus only to be told to get back on it! There is the option of three loops but despite being told the green loop bus was being held for us, it was full and left without us, this meant we were going to have to wait at least 30 mins before the next bus. If you are moderately fit you can walk to most points of interest using Google maps. Ended up asking for refund which was accepted hence the one star.

Pretty good value for money. This trip was shorter than normal due to construction work. I think the commentary on board could have been more lively and provided more historical detail. It was pleasant hour.

Captain Tony is humorous and very knowledgeable about Copenhagen and it's history. On the small canals tour, we were able to see and learn about that history as well as what's currently happening in Copenhagen. A great experience, great recommendations, and a very personable tour guide.

Captain Tony was humorous and knowledgeable about Copenhagen and it's history. He interacted with all of the guests and took us all around the small canals which some of the other harbor cruise boats cannot get through. Plenty of recommendations to enhance our visit as well. Fun way to see Copenhagen!
