We booked a trip on May 6th at 5:15 PM. Unfortunately, the captain was very rude. We were on the boat with our little daughter, and the captain told her very harshly several times to be quiet. Yet, our daughter wasn't screaming or crying at all. She wasn't even speaking loudly; she was just talking a lot in her normal tone of voice because she was so excited about the boat ride. Therefore, we strongly advise all families against taking a boat trip here.
