Ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ο καιρός, που παρόλο 13 Ιουνίου, είχε βροχή και κρύο. Πολύ καλό το γεγονός ότι έχουν ενημερωτικά φυλλάδια σε πολλές γλώσσες και έχεις μια πλήρη εικόνα για το τι θα δεις. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα, αρκεί να μην βρέχει ώστε να δεις τα αξιοθέατα από τον εξωτερικό χώρο του σκάφους.

Worst travel day in a long time.
Unfortunately this excursion occurred during a major bicycle event in Copenhagen and our operator totally dropped the ball. Finally after waiting at our stop for 1 hour and 45 minutes, we walked away from our venue. Other people were buying vouchers of competing vendors (who were stopping with great frequency). I've used hop-on/ hop-off all over the world and this was just substandard. I'm sure any other time it's fine, but I wasn't here any other time. And, if our operator could not keep a minimum standard then they should have cancelled stops or limited increased buses. The canal tour this a.m. was quite good.

What a lovely bus tour in Helsinki. Very polite and lovely bus driver said that dogs are allowed to join in. They sat on our lap. We saw Sibelius monument, lovely churces and rain did not stop us. Next time again!

It is unfair on guests for people to bring screaming babies on board. They should not be allowed on a cruise where alcohol is served passed 6pm. I don't want a screaming baby in my ear

Very confusing in relation to the 3 routes and drivers were not helpful at all. You can easily get onto a wrong company’s bus -they are all red and we were stranded as the bus company finished at 5 pm rather than the 3 lines bus. Have to be very careful when boarding bus as there is a crush of tourists all asking questions
