We booked a private canal tour for 240 euros and paid in advance. The guy lectured us about arriving ten minutes early and how we couldn't be late, so we made sure to do that. When we got there, he said the private tour we booked wasn't available anymore and kept using excuses instead of taking responsibility and apologizing. He didn't take any responsibility. He said if we wanted a tour, we could only go on the public one because the private one we paid for wasn't available. Then he kept making excuses about how he couldn't give us a refund until we threatened to call the police, and only then did they refund us. If we had listened to their excuses, we would have lost 240 euros with nothing to show for it except a rude attitude. Worst experience. I don't advise anyone to waste their time with this company.

We took a pizza cruise. It was worth it. Drinks are served during the whole cruise, pizza is really good and the boat quite comfortable. Kids get a colouring set and the staff made us feel very welcome!
