We booked to watch the festival of light and though this tour was inexpensive compared to others. I would have at least hoped the pier crew to be competent. Due to the incompetence of the staff at the pier, the queue was left unorganised. Many groups of tourists were left unaware where they needed to queue for their ticket booking. Many groups who arrived in plenty of time for their departure were made to go to the back of the queue and try their luck as to what time they may depart. They advised us of a small delay, however the poor organisation allowed people with much later ticket times to jump on whatever trip they could get on and many just jumped the queue entirely and forged there own path to the front of the line. Once on the boat, the light show was extremely underwhelming and the view from the fog covered windows was dire. My only positive from my experience is that the pilot appeared to know where he was going.
