Waste of money! Won’t recommend the night boat trip as you won’t see much! Best to get the day one. Loud speaker on the background and you window placement is not the best for a great view of the canals/buildings

Canal cruise with Akram was amazing. Never knew this city has more than 100 kilometers (62 mi) of grachten (canals), about 90 islands and 1,500 bridges. Thanks for the fun fact and sharing the stories about the house boats!

Disappointed in our canal tour, unfortunately. Disorganized chaos. We were told to line up on one side. Then told to go to the other side. Only to be told to go back to the other side 🤦♀️ No one organizing lines or directing anyone. Your competitors provided orange umbrellas for guests waiting in line in the rain ;) The taped commentary added some interesting info. However, we heard the part about Amsterdam Central Station three times! The last part is partially our own fault; We should have thought twice about going due to the weather and we should have been doubly wary when squeegees were provided. It was dark and all the windows were fogged up for most of the trip. So we basically saw next to nothing. I went to the back of the boat and it did not improve as noted in our picture. For us, it was a complete waste of €20 😞

Between the boat radio being so loud you can’t hear the recoded audio, to the people talking where you can’t hear anything, and then patrons keeping windows open when it’s the dead of winter. The audio guide also stopped working for my sister in law, who is Japanese. Maybe we just happened to get on the wrong boat and had a mediocre experience.
