Really enjoyed the tour, very detailed and descriptive! Visited a lot of cool areas we hadn’t seen before. Only negative which has to be mentioned - the tour guide mentioned the tour was in English and to scan the QR code for the tour in an alternative language which was great for those who need it. Our issue though - the couple behind us had their phone blasting out on full volume in their own language meaning we could barely hear the English version over the speakers. It was extremely distracting and we unfortunately missed a lot of facts! We tried moving to the front of the boat and could still hear theirs. Maybe tell people to wear earphones in future or provide them, even if it means everyone has to wear them!
