Came here in January so the boat was nearly empty. Paid around 17€ The city views speak for themselves.

The highlight of the tour was the tour guide, she was lovely and very knowledgeable. However the boats were supposed to be heated and this one was not, it was freezing the whole time and the glass was so steamed up we couldn't see anything the entire time so it was a bit of a waste of money. You would hope that if the heating was on the windows would clear up but they didn't. It had also been raining and the doors clearly kept open so the middle aisle inside was one big puddle. Very dissapointing.

We decided to take the boat trip because it was raining and walking through the city wasn’t an option. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The windows were fogged up from the rain, so we couldn’t see anything. It was also quite cold on board, making the experience even worse. Despite these issues, no price refund or compensation was offered. Overall, not worth it.

Yesterday, my family and I had the pleasure of joining one of the Canal Tours Amsterdam experiences, and it was simply unforgettable! Akram was absolutely amazing—funny, genuine, and incredibly engaging. He had us laughing throughout the entire tour with his great sense of humor and relaxed demeanor. It was clear he went above and beyond to make sure everyone on board was having a great time. Thanks to Akram, we didn’t just take a canal tour; we created lasting memories filled with joy and laughter. We couldn’t recommend this experience enough—it’s a must-do when in Amsterdam!

Parisian here, Paid 169DKK or 23,40 euros for this LESS than one hour (45ish minutes) tour and I regret every cent of it, for way less, (90DKK) you can buy a tourist 24h pass for every bus, metro, train AND yellow boats that also kinda tour the canal, same experience, about the audio provided, well you have the same infos on literally every 5min youtube video about Copenhagen, no local secrets. I am so disappointed, my while trip to Denmark was amazing, but this tour, for this amount of money .. I feel scammed, and BITTER
