Horrible customer service, plus there was nothing outstanding about this short ride-around therefore none of us got off at any stops. We travelled in May 2024, and were also erroneously charged for 4 adult tickets when only 2 of us were travelling and there was no way the agent could refund us, even though the transaction completed seconds prior. Agent said we had to get our refund back from their head office. After numerous email exchanges and long story short, we will not be given a refund because "we didn't have a European bank account". The transaction was paid thru our Visa, it is now Oct 2024 and that's their resolve. This is deplorable.

We had an awesome time with our fun guide, Julie, and Captain Kel gave us a smooth ride of the canal. Definitely worth the hour especially on a beautiful sunny day. We bought tickets at the ticket counter.
