The highlight of the tour was the tour guide, she was lovely and very knowledgeable. However the boats were supposed to be heated and this one was not, it was freezing the whole time and the glass was so steamed up we couldn't see anything the entire time so it was a bit of a waste of money. You would hope that if the heating was on the windows would clear up but they didn't. It had also been raining and the doors clearly kept open so the middle aisle inside was one big puddle. Very dissapointing.

The windows were fogged up from the rain, so we couldn’t see anything. It was also quite cold on board, making the experience even worse. The black ticket seller at Pier 5 has a terrible attitude!! He is a passive aggressive robot. We lost the desire to go on the boat but we bought 4 tickets at Pier 6 where they were friendly.
