Very nice an hour long tour, on the heated boat with glass roof. It povides a detailed and funny sightseeing.

More than 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time, no one had arrived. They weren't answering the phone, and we hadn't received any message that the trip was canceled. We finally found someone from the company about 500 meters from the pick-up point, arranging another trip, and they told us that they had worked extremely hard the day before and that the staff needed to rest, so they had canceled our trip, without any further explanation. It took us more than a month (and the corresponding claim) to get our money back, and we were left disappointed after waiting an hour without any information or explanation. A disaster. it was enjoyable overall, but much of the information given started off a little dull (but it picked up as we continued). the Glögg was very nice (approx 100sk). the boat was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly.

Great Tour company. I took a 48 hour hop on hop off pass with them. They gave me a 20% discount as i had a Copenhagen city pass with me. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

You get a free one hour ride on this canal boat tour if you have the Copenhagen card, and I would much recommend this tour over the museums as the tour offers you a different viewpoint of Copenhagen and gives you a quick introduction to the sights in the city. I wouldn't recommend it if you have to pay for it on its own though, as the tour is really basic and depending on where you sit, you may miss out some of the explanation. The explanation was also conducted over a recorded piece over the earphone rather than the actual tour guide, so it was underwhelming. There is an actual tour guide though, and ours was great, just that would have been better if the guide was the one explaining. Still a decent experience if you're using the Copenhagen card. Just make sure to check the timings before visiting. Good to drop by here in the morning to get a timing before going to Christianborg nearby. There's also a boarding point at Nyhavn.
