We attended the Canal tour as part of the Copenhagen Discover Card. It was easy to book a tour, easy to find a seat and the speakers on the boat made it all easy to hear as well. The explanations of things were short and easy to comprehend. We saw lots of parts of the waterways and the good life that we would otherwise never have a view of. Just seeing all the folks lined up enjoying the sun of the canal made this a very relaxing and fun activity for our family.

It was good to get out on the water and see the city and its environs from a different perspective. Good job that the seats on deck were fold up so that when the rain stopped we could sit out and not get wet! Found it useful to read the pdf commentary sheet while we were waiting (download from QR code on board) as it was sometimes not easy to hear the commentary.

Disappointed that difficult to cancel reservation despite numerous attempts
About two weeks ago we booked a Canal cruise in Helsinki but because of illness we have had to cancel. The booking clearly said free cancellation within 24 hours. We have tried a few times to cancel the booking on the “Manage my booking” , but we keep getting an error response (“we are sorry and error has occurred “)This morning our credit card was charged with the full amount although we will not be able to go to the cruise. Very disappointed as this was my first booking through TripAdvisor. Hope to have the money refunded. They are not meeting their legal requirements as stated in the booking conditions.
