Guidning saknas helt
Vi hade bokat med mat och guidning som ingår för alla. Placerades i en mindre matsal akterut. Servicen var ok och maten god. Dock hörde vi ingen guidning alls i högtalarna som satt i rummet. Vi påpekade detta men men den unga servitrisen kunde ej fixa. Så vi anlände tillbaka efter 2.5 timmars resa utan att ha hört ett ord guidning. Detta är ej ok!

A fantastic tour, well-timed with no frills. Stefan was terrific and so was our captain. We saw all the sights with the fully open top, and it helped us organise our 4-day trip. Lovely.

As others have said and I only read too late to get a refund, this is not a canal cruise. This is an Open water cruise. They justify it by saying that the water levels are too high inside the city So it has to be changed.. however, they have used this excuse many times as many of these reviews will say. Highly advise you not to do this cruise as it is super boring. I've never heard so many different Finnish words to say " there's an island to the right of us" or " there's an island to the left of us".... Oh look, we're in the middle of an archipelago, there's going to be lots of Islands. Advice on how to spend your money better than going on this "canal" cruise: Go get paint, paint a wall, watch it dry Go get laundry detergent, put your laundry in the machine, watch it spin around Sit on the dock and wait for the Sun to come up Walk around in a small circle 1500 times Take a 1.5 hour shower All of these things will be more enjoyable than this excursion.

Great introduction to Copenhagen! Our guide had some great stories and information about the surroundings. Easy to find the meeting spot and book. We didn’t know (on us, didn’t read close enough) it doesn’t pass by Nyhavn so fyi on that. Uncovered ride (we had a very hot sunny day). We all (parents & teens) enjoyed it!

Beautiful tour
We went on this tour as it was included with our Copenhagen Card. We really enjoyed it. The guide gave us a lot of interesting information and we enjoyed seeing the city from a different perspective. I think this is a must-do activity and something I recommend for your first day in Copenhagen.
