Poor Communication

We were never picked up at the port. Waited for over 2 hours and had to walk back to boat for shuttle to center of city. No one answered email. Once arriving the first people from strummer said the green bus was not running this day but we could ride the other bus. Disappointed we lost three hours because of the lack of communication.

Great value for bus and boat tours!

Be sure to to take the bus AND boat excursions- they are both excellent! Take an umbrella for the boat because there is no cover in case of rain.

Super fun canal your with Joel.

Our experience w/ Flagship Canal Cruise was excellent. Our guide — 20 year old Joel — made the trip. He was very funny, a great storyteller and well informed about Amsterdam history in a way that brought it alive. This turned out to be way more fun than I expected.

Ricky was amazing and knowledgeable, with a touch of humor to add to his professionalism. I highly recommend the sunset sailing with Ricky. Gratuities are always a nice way to show your appreciation. I am writing this 3 months late because I forgot, and he was that memorable.

I wish I knew, what I was going to see in this canal cruise, the word canal is misleading. This tour is a trip around all the islands for 90 mins. Nothing fascinating to see or take photos. Tour operator is good, but not the content or time spent.

We took a one-hour boat trip around Copenhagen. We're were lucky to jump on the very last trip of the day, so the light was perfect for beautiful photographs. I highly recommend a canal tour. My only complaint is the cost. It was a bit pricy for the service rendered/ time ratio.
