No refund for cancelled Trip

Our trip was cancelled due to mechanical issues with the boat. We were assured that we would be given a refund. In order to get this refund, this company is requesting all of my banking information so they can make a direct deposit to my bank account and I must send this information by email. I paid with a credit card but they will not reimburse my credit card. I absolutely refuse to send by email all of my banking information as I do not believe that this is a secure or wise thing to do. I do not recommend anyone use this company because you will not have any luck if you pay and they cancel a trip.

Rubbish and late - do not recommend

We were told by the salesperson at bus stop no1 that the bus would be there in 10 minutes and after 50 minutes it’s just turned up ! Not stopped at the right place . The sales person would not listen , apparently due to 2 cruise ships arriving - it’s a city ! We re using a wheelchair , luckily there was not anyone else using a wheelchair otherwise due there being only being one space we would have had to wait even longer maybe another hour or so We realised when getting off that we should have been given a pair of ear phones to listen to a guide ! Totally useless A lack of future planning by the bus company . There is a ‘no refund policy ‘ The poor selling technique Exceedingly expensive for what you receive We do not recommend for abled bodied or wheelchairs users

Perhaps they will be better at giving out the stroopwafels. Finally, boat pilot also crashed into the side of pier 3 times at the end of the tour. I would recommend not pre-booking one of these, but rather showing up the pier when you have time in your schedule. They leave all the time and I think the price is better.

What should have been a relaxing day trip turned into a frustrating, poorly managed ordeal—all because of Strömma. We bought our tickets in the morning and arrived 30 minutes early for our scheduled boat. But we ended up standing in the heat for over 2 hours, with no communication from staff. Despite people waiting for boats that never came, employees continued to insist everything was “on schedule.” It was clear there were issues with the boats, but instead of being honest, we were gaslit and refused refunds. After finally getting to the island, we discovered the return line was even worse—stretching across half the island. Elderly people, families with kids, everyone was left standing in the hot sun for over 2.5 hours with no updates or support. Stromma kept bringing more people to the island with no plan to bring them back in a timely way. This company clearly prioritizes ticket sales over customer care. There was zero communication, no accountability, and a complete disregard for people’s time and well-being. Avoid Strömma at all costs. There are better operators who respect their customers. This experience was unacceptable.
