It tour is worth every effort, money and time and even more. Our guide was amazing, hilarious, knowledgable and bright! She kept us hooked till the end. We fell more in awe of Copenhagen because of her. Thank god we did this. Highly recommend!

Var en helt okej tur på kanalen. Kunnig guide. Varade 50 min och kostade inte en förmögenhet. Vi hade tur med vädret. Bra att den bara tog 28 passagerare.

Great view. A bit difficult to follow the automatic guide as it would get stuck sometimes in the recording. But the weather was amazing and views where beautiful! They could make more effort on making the upper deck seats more comfortable as the tour is 4 hrs. So we got a bit of a sore bum afterwards. Best part was when we saw a seal swimming. Also, maybe the glasses could be plastic. A lot of people broke several glasses during the trip.

Had the absolute worst experience with them. Can’t comment on the tour cuz I never made it. Arrived at the tour box office at around 8:35 Pm, purchased three tickets, was told the next tour is in about 20min, and was pointed to a vague location nearby to wait. There goes 20min, never saw a boat, went back to the office, the lady straight ignored me for 2min, and told me the 9pm boat is the last one, and I have to come back next day to get a refund because the system is closed. Went back next day, another lady there told me that if I “ask nicely” she will consider exchanging the ticket for another day, but she might still say no. So i asked nicely, at least so i thought, to get a new ticket and was still told no. Both times the staff were condecneding, lack of basic respect and not helpful at all. I don’t deserve to be treated like this, not as a human being and a paying customer.
