Avoid this company, feels like a scam. No real schedule for busses. Busses that apparently drive the route only take customers that belong to cruise ships and refuse to carry „normal“ customers. Most routes are unneccessary, you‘re faster walking. Also no helpful information from the sound guide - there are better companies, choose them! We watched five busses from most other lines driving by while waiting for some Stromma bus to finally show up…

Med kortet fick jag full valuta utan att behöva trassla med fickpengar i EURO för biljetter för buss o spårvägar sam inträden. Allt annat betalades med betalkort. Lokaltrafiken var suverän o funkade hur bra som helst. Är jättenöjd. Möjligtvis borde det finnas ett Card för det antal dagar som som turist vistas i Helsingfors.

Joined the Classic Canal Tour as part of the Copenhagen Card, boarding at Ved Stranden. It was the perfect way to see the city from a different perspective without having to rush around on foot. The boat took us past some of Copenhagen’s most famous sights, we started along the harbour, passing the striking Opera House, then glided towards Amalienborg Palace, where the royal guards stand watch. From the water, we got a great view of the Marble Church dome before heading further out to see the Little Mermaid statue. The route then took us into the canals of Christianshavn, where we passed colourful old warehouses, charming houseboats, and lively waterfront cafés. We cruised by Our Saviour’s Church with its iconic spiral tower, then towards the modern glass-and-steel design of the Black Diamond library and Børsen (the old Stock Exchange with its dragon-tail spire). One of the fun parts of the tour was going under several very low bridges, low enough that you need to stay seated, and on some you could even touch them if you raised your hand. It added a playful, unique touch to the ride. Along the way, our guide shared stories about the city’s history, architecture, and culture, which made the scenery even more interesting. The whole trip lasted about an hour, long enough to see the highlights, but short enough to fit easily into the day. If you’re visiting Copenhagen, I’d definitely recommend doing this tour early in your trip. It gives you a great overview of the city and helps you decide which spots you’d like to explore in more detail later. And since it’s included in the Copenhagen Card, why not.

Very fun wish I could have heard the commentary and historical info that was being given. Fortunately, there was a local at our table who was very knowledgeable. Lots of fun. No sunset as it was cloudy but it was great!

Great potential trip not well executed.
Booked a last minute trip for 4 people which included the lunch option. Was a good trip with great views of the surrounding islands of Gothenburg. Unfortunately the hospitality team did disappoint. When boarding we were located on a central table which limited views of the outside scenery. This is fine given the last minute booking. That said, there were empty tables so we asked to move but were told everyone had allocated seats but they would review again once on the move. When the trip started we noticed there was an empty window table so asked again to move. We were informed that someone was joining so this table was not available. Unsurprisingly no one appeared and the table remained empty throughout this single embarkation round trip. In short the experience felt somewhat budget and cattle like. A table move was not that difficult to accommodate and would have made the experience infinitely better.

We purchased advance tickets online from our hotel room from you for an archipelago boat tour of Stockholm. However, the email tix never arrived to my email or even Spam. The “help” page was worthless, and drove us into a vicious circle that produced no help. The local rep from Stromma tried her best to help, but our confirmation number was worthless. We had to re-purchase new tickets on site from the local rep. We will be calling AmEx to refund our money. Terrible service! Avoid booking online! Book in person only. The boat ride itself was wonderful! But not through TripAdvisor! Experienced this in Switzerland as well.
