The ship was very comfortable and clean. Blankets were thoughtfully provided for the guests. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. Audio commentary was offered in multiple languages and the sound system was of good quality so that narration could be heard.

Did the canel tour and really enjoyed it. The route of the tour and commentary were great. We did it on our first day in Copenhagen and it gave us good knowledge on other places to see/explore later.

Nice day on the water
Nice trip. Bring a sweater. Basically, you're going for a ride through the islands. Most of what you'll see is similar. It's really just an enjoyable few hours on the water admiring the beauty.

Worth the time and money
Easy to find your boat. Left on time. Printed material as well as live guide. Food and drinks are extra. Interesting information regarding the history and present day of the area.

Three hour Stockholm archipelago tour including Vaxholm
Nice cruise of the archipelago. Took the three hour tour to head all the way to Vaxholm. Weather was was warm but windy. Boat was toasty warm inside, if you became cold. Tour commentary was audible outside. College age kids enjoyed the scenic & Vaxholm views, though were done after 2.5 hours. Tour gave a fuller appreciation of the number of island in the archipelago. Overall a good experience by all.

It was enjoyable and informative. The captain and the gal who was doing the narrating were both very friendly and professional. The gal would slip in an occasional joke (which were appropriate and cute). The captain seemed to have no problem assisting other people who were actually on other tours/cruises. He helped a few groups find where they needed to go (a different dock number) before we departed for our cruise. The cost was very reasonable and the boat was nice. Definitely recommend.

Great tour that covers the waterways of Helsinki
I read reviews that stated you couldn’t hear the commentary over the loud speaker but we thought it was great- it is not a live explanation of what you are saying and also it is narrated in four languages. However we enjoyed this boat trip as it allowed us to see Helsinki in a different light and also learn a bit more about its role in securing Helsinki. The tour also was only 90 minutes long so perfect for us to get a feel for Helsinki from the waterways.

On August 10, 2025 the Cinderella II boat from Stockholm to Vaxholm was late twice as outbound and homebound. The staff was not only apologetic but very rude. On the polite question - why there was a delay a captain in white uniform said: “It’s because of you people like you asking these questions! Go quickly inside!”. Such a bad taste after visiting such a beautiful island. In Copenhagen we had a nice experience with Stromma, but evidently in Stockholm the quality and service weren’t the same. Don’t recommend, you can find better options for similar boat cruises cheaper and definitely with better service.

We did a boat tour (with shade; you’re allowed to stand) and we highly recommend doing it because you get to see the city from a different perspective. The guide’s voice was happy and his script was humorous.
