It was okay. Our captain had a few funny lines. But sitting in a tube on a hot day with minimal air flow wasn’t super pleasant. Also there was a bathroom on board which was great but didn’t have a way to wash my hands. They were overall very professional I just didn’t enjoy the experience.

In common a very positive experience. Definitely recommended for the quick excursion through the town. 24 and 48 hour tickets available and the time starts when you first enter the bus. First bus leaves at 10 and last at 16 with 30 minutes gaps. Audio was nicely recorded, not boring.

The stromma bus arrived to the canal boarding area at 10am (after waiting around at the bus stops for ages so it left late), then the stromma canal boat wouldn’t let me board, even though they start the tours at 10am. So I waited 30min until the next one, but they wouldn’t let me board either because the ticket I got from booking online has to be exchanged for a different ticket at the dock (even though your printout of the ticket has a QR code, they don’t accept it!!), so I had to wait ANOTHER half hour for the next boat. 1hr wasted sitting around when I only had half a day to see sights. Not good enough. The staff were very unhelpful about it.

Wonderful experience and Julia was so funny! It's a quick 1 hour tour pointing out all the main tourist spots and architectural sites in Copenhagen. The boat going under the bridges across the canal was thrilling! Highly recommend!
