Insgesamt gesehen haben uns sowohl Bus- und auch Bootstouren sehr gut gefallen. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, was der QR-Code und das uns vorgegeben wurde, wann wir die Bootstour zu machen haben. Denn wir wollten die Bootstour am Samstag machen und uns wurde diese auf den Freitag verlegt. Dann der QR-Code. Der galt NUR für die Bootstour... und was ist mutbdem Bus? Jedes Mal musste ich erklären, dass wir die Bootstour schon gemacht hatten und wir Combo hatten mit der Firma Strommo. Sowas kostet Zeit und Nerven. so bitte nicht nochmal.

There should be a way to move the trip to other date, for example if you buy it online. There's no phone numbers for customer assistance during weekends, when there are more tourists and only one person at the point who told us it was not refundable. The tour was too expensive and we couldn't move the date, even buying the tickets several days before the trip. We had a problem to arrive on time for the first trip and was impossible to contact the company. Very disappointed about it.

Ok. The pizza was like eating a cardboard box. It was hard and dry. The boat was comfortable and the staff were wonderful. We were offered plenty of drinks. The captain talked to us via the overhead system 3 times. It started out good with him giving good history and then he stopped. When you looked around at the other boats the captain was talking and being animated for most other companies. If I had to do it over I would skip the pizza and go with a smaller boat. Not really impressed.

The fortress looks cool and the entire place can be covered in 30-45 mins (if you are not going to the museum).

El paseo esta bien pero mejor si te sientas en los bancos de la izquierda, no se entra en Nyhan por lo que te pierdes ver el puerto desde el barco
