We had booked the canal trip, but it said that if the water levels were too low, we would tour around the islands instead. Well, that is what we did, and it was wonderful! It was a lovely hour and a half moving between the islands, under some low bridges (we had to duck), and finally back to the Market Square. A great tour. Highly recommended.

Stockholm boat trip

I booked my tickets from Viator which incorrectly specified the time as 10am. There are two runs at 11 am and 2pm, so since we were there, did the 11 am and had breakfast at a nearby pricy open air cafe since we were early. By 10.30am a fairly large queue had already formed so we joined in and waited. Shortly after 11am, we boarded and the trip took about 2 hours and 15 minutes. English commentary came on the loudspeakers and other languages had to use an app. Overall, it was a good tour getting to see much of Stockholm from the water. Highly recommended.

Loved Copenhagen, tasty food can recommend the Social brew breakfast, all fresh food used, the coffee was very good too Stopped at the Steel house which we enjoyed had the room to ourselves, clean and modern, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful, they have a swimming pool. Found Copenhagen quiet and clean, the air was clean and are leaders in the world with renewable energy, so many cafes with good food and less shops with chocolate 🍫 really good

Weather was on our side today, 17c and sunny blue skies, which made the perfect backdrop to see this stunning city via the canals. The guide was FANTASTIC. Light humour and interesting facts. Highlight of my Copenhagen trip.
