It was rainy and cold when I arrived in Bergen, but taking the Hop-On Hop-Off bus made exploring so easy and fun! I got to see the whole city — the harbor, the old town, and those beautiful colorful houses. Even in the rain, Bergen is absolutely magical.

Good tour but not good value when the audio guide is not available to everyone.

Enjoyable tour but not all audio points were working so I was able to hear the info over the hour's tour, which was very interesting, but my husband missed it all because his connection was out of order. There was no live guide, except for a lady who spoke at the beginning then warned us to keep in when a bridge was coming. On the way out, I noticed there were other points which had an 'out of order' sign on them. Not good when you're paying full price.

Teure Bustour, lohnt sich nicht

Wir nutzen in fremden Städten gern die Hop-on/ hopp- off Busse, um einen Überblick zu bekommen. Hier wurden wir aus vielerlei Gründen enttäuscht. Zuerst sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten schlecht vom Bus aus Sichtbar, das Audio hat irgendwie nicht zum Standort gepasst, so dass wir und andere Gäste da teilweise völlig lost waren. Zusätzlich dazu kam endloses Rangieren am Kreuzfahrthafen. Für den vergleichsweise hohen Preis warder Mehrwert gering. Würden wir nicht noch einmal nutzen.

Wir konnten gar nicht daran teilnehmen da am ticket shop niemand gewillt war uns wahr zunehmen, keine Aufforderung oder Frage wurden ernst genommen geschweige denn beantwortet. Auf die Frage ob sie nicht hier arbeiten wurden wir verspottet und einer der MA weinte laut los wie ein kleines Baby. Keine schöne Erfahrung, Nehmt lieber eines der vielen anderen Unternehmen.
