ik had door de advertentie gedacht dat er meer gebouwen verlucht waren, meeste kunstobjecten waren matig. ik had ook verwacht dat in de boot de chocoladenelk aan boord zou worden gepresenteerd en op de boot erg koud. de gidsxwas wel ergcaardig en goed

SCAM!!! Watch out!! I came with my dog, they sold me a ticket. When I tried entering the bus they didn’t allow this and also didn’t refund the ticket. Bad scam and horrible for the beautiful city of copenhagen.

I purchased two 24-hour Hop-On Hop-Off tickets directly from one of Stromma’s drivers. It was clearly visible at the time of purchase that I was traveling with a dog, and the driver sold the tickets without any warning or restriction. When I tried to board another Stromma bus shortly afterwards, I was told that my dog was not allowed on board and that I therefore could not use the tickets at all. Despite this being entirely due to contradictory information from their own staff, Stromma refused to refund the tickets. This is extremely poor customer service and unacceptable business practice: selling tickets that cannot be used, then keeping the money. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and to clarify all conditions before purchasing tickets from Stromma.

Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes. Une fois arrivés à bord de la péniche, il n’y avait plus de places assises… Deux personnes de notre groupe ont été contraintes de rester debout durant la visite. En ce qui concerne la balade en péniche, nous l’avions programmée le soir et n’avons rien vu car les vitres étaient remplies de buée. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Het was slecht te zien en overvol….Lang moeten wachten in de rij, en met kinderen verwacht dat als je tickets hebt op de juiste tijd in de boot kon…. Dan waren we toch in de Engelse boot, we hadden voor onze kinderen de Nederlandse uitgekozen

You may think it’s timed but even getting there at 20 min before my schedule the line was VERY long. Everyone is in line regardless of the time you have. We were worried to get denied since we were mixed with people who may have gotten in line at earlier time then their schedule. At least the staff reassured us we would be ok. But if time is important, I’d say go to a smaller serving boat provider. This was like 80 people on a boat! But if you do it, and want to leave as close to your designated time, get there 30’min before. It was very crowded. Lots of boats and they said it will be longer due to the traffic on water. It was warm inside at least but the condensation can make it hard to see out windows.
