it was the worst experience ever, I've been in Amsterdam before and I've been in Canal tours before this was the worst one the Tour was filled with children who kept screaming and talking we were not able to hear the guide we couldn't enjoy it at all

staff were very rushed and no hello or welcome just grab a seat now. hot chocolate was tiny and not nice. wouldnt recommend at all

The canal ride was awesome. They covered all the important landmarks. You have an option to take the tour with or without a live guide. You can buy tickets at the counter but it is recommended to book in advance in their official website. I do recommend this for a worthy and memorable experience

Prestation non faite car personne sur le bateau ponton 8 à 10h30. Nous étions à l'heure et au bon endroit, ponton8 indiqué sur notre réservation. Je peux envoyer une photo. Aucun bateau n'est parti à 10h30 J'ai dû prendre à 12h une réservation sur place pour cette excursion. Je réclame le remboursement et bien sûr la cotation de vos services sera lié à ce remboursement . Aucun interlocuteur sur place pour régler ce pb mais beaucoup de sollicitations pour faire cette mini croisière a partir de 12h. J'attends votre réponse et le remboursement
