Viel zu lange Wartezeit. trotz gebuchtem Termin mit fast 45 Minuten Verspätung erst auf ein Boot. Sehr schlechte Organisation. Nur auf Geld aus. leider auch nicht alles gesehen wie abgebildet. Aus den 75 Minuten wurden Dank Verzögerung aller Botte 2 Std. daraus mit Sinnlosem Warten im Kanal. Kann ich NICHT empfehlen und schon garnicht für das Geld.

I never got to attend the activity as my flight was cancelled so I was unable to attend it with no fault of my own. I had contacted customer services for a refund as it was not fault my holiday had been cancelled but they just told me they will still not refund me even though I have used this app many times.
