Schlechte Sicht vom Boot aus. Audio-Guide nicht verfügbar an allen Sitzplätzen, bei uns gar nicht. Boot ausgebucht. Unruhe, laute Geräusche unter den Fahrgästen. Zu wenig Attraktionen zum Lichterfest. Dafür war der Preis zu hoch.

Our guide was amazing and while the tides were high and we could not see all that we were meant to, our guide and driver still gave us plenty of information along the way and made the trip a personal and enjoyable experience .

Es war sehr gut, allerdings sollte man dafür sorgen, das eine Gruppe nicht mehrere Reihen der Sitzplätze belegt. Sodass man auch die Möglichkeit bekommt an einem Fensterplatz zu sitzen bzw. eine Reihe mit seiner Begleitung zu Belegen. Eine Familie vor uns hat mit vier Personen 3 Reihen belegt, in einer Reihe saßen 2 Personen und in den anderen beiden jeweils eine weitere Person (auf Dreier Sitzbänken). Sehr schade

Will not recommend this tour at all. First, instructions about the meeting point was unclear, instead of pier 5 we got on the boat on another pier and almost missed our tour. Secondly, we did not receive any free stroopwafels. Thirdly, the audioguide was not working at all cause it depends on the wifi on board to access it. Lastly, the tour was not just interesting at all, even the tour guide was not engaging with the passengers. Waste of money, will not do it again.

(-) Mala organización (horario previsto para 11h15 termina saliendo a las 11h45, no dan el waffle hasta que no lo pide uno y ni siquiera están buenos, hay que tener móvil y auriculares para el audioguía en español, ya que no lo dan ellos, entonces no sé qué es lo que se paga; el audioguía es defectuoso no siempre funciona).
