We did the canal cruise and were very pleased, as we saw the city with “different eyes”. Even though it was a cold day we were warm and comfortable and our guide/captain was pleasant and funny.

I took a canal cruise in Amsterdam I guess all companies are the same, I'm leaving a 5 star because our Captain Andre was awesome! He didn't just let the pre recorded audio provide information but he also added his own commentary which was awesome! Andre was welcoming and friendly which made this cruise much better and interesting!

A different view of Copenhagen

Well worth the money, very interesting seeing the city from the Canal. Our guide was entertaining and informative and we learnt a lot about the city. We went earl y Jan when the outside temp was minus 4C but the boat was covered and heated so quite comfortable. Lasted about an hour which was just right.

It's quite amusing to go under the bridges where sometimes the boat only passes by centimeters. Kudos to the pilot! Malgré le froid, nous avons fait le choix de nous asseoir à l'arrière du bateau afin de mieux profiter des vues et de la balade. La guide donne beaucoup d'informations (en anglais) que l'on peut entendre à travers les haut-parleurs installés à bord. La visite est intéressante, on va jusqu'à la statue de la Petite Sirène (qu'il vaut mieux admirer depuis la terre ferme) et l'on passe devant les différents monuments et bâtiments emblématiques de la ville. C'est très drôle de passer sous les ponts où parfois le bateau ne passe qu'à quelques centimètres près. Bravo pour les compétences de pilote !

Terrible Guide!!!

My family and I went on the stromma 1 hour cruise which gave a lovely perspective of the city and its attractions. Unfortunately the 3:30 guide we got was a complete joke!! Using his stupid humour and giving very little in terms of info it was just painful to have to sit there and endure him. I wish I could tell you his name so that you can try to avoid him. Just also note our cruise went only for 45 minutes.
